Dennis Potts, MCR
founded DPPM after 26 years in the architecture, construction and project management industry. Dennis is also associated with Spyglass Realty Partners.  His focus is on build-to-suit projects and tenant improvements. Dennis has received several awards which include the 2006 IIDA Calibre Award for Best Design on a Limited Budget, the 2005 Gold Nugget for Best Low Rise Apartment Project and The Staubach Company 2008 Top Achiever Award. Bachelor of Architecture, Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.
 
Russ McDaniel 
Russ joined DPPM in 2011, adding significant depth to its design-build and construction expertise with over 25 years of solutions-driven, turn-key Project Management services to an extensive list of industries and clients. His expertise proves valuable to securing projects and adding such specialties as value engineering, design-build and innovative construction solutions.  Russ maintains a hands-on, focused approach with each of his clients, and his estimating background is invaluable for developing and maintaining precise and complete program budgets. Russ was formerly project manager for Turner Construction. BS, Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO

Tom Austin
As a Senior Project Manager, Tom provides project management for complex commercial, industrial, healthcare and retail projects. Tom has over 30 years of experience in development and construction industries. He has a breadth of experience in land use entitlements, design, scheduling, claims resolution, proforma, budgets, estimating, administration, contractor selection, tenant improvements and construction draw requests.  Ohio State University - Mechanical Engineering and LaSalle University - Law. 

Andrew (Andy) Trost 
Andy joined DPPM in 2011 to add depth to its design-build and construction expertise by bringing over 28 years of planning, design and construction experience to the DPPM Team. Andy spent 6 years with The RMS Group, Inc., a general contractor specializing in negotiated, turn-key project delivery.  Prior to joining RMS, Andy was Vice President of Preconstruction at SASCO Electric, The Bentley Company and Enron Energy Services. 


Jim Carr
Jim brings to his DPPM Projects over thirty years as a general contractor.  Jim's projects have ranged from $50,000 to $35 million.





Richard Brakewood 
Richard has been involved in Engineering, Procurement and Construction for over thirty years, and has specialized in commercial and industrial projects.  Richard brings significant experience in program/project management and commercial real estate development for multi-site retail rollouts, new build and renovation programs globally.  He has provided owner’s representation, staff extension, permitting, strategic sourcing & procurement, and civil/site design services to his clients

R. J. Brennan 
Over the past seven years R. J. has saved his clients in excess of $300m through innovative Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Analysis, Procurement Advisory, Change Management services and Supply Chain teaming. His expertise gained over his thirty-two year career provides a valuable resource in the development of comprehensive project solutions.

John Johnson 
John is a highly accomplished project manager with extensive experience in development, management, construction and marketing of over $1 billion worth of high profile projects in the U.S. Diverse background includes office, hotel, retail and residential projects and the expansion of business operations throughout the U.S. and Europe

Dennis Zoladz 
Dennis has been recognized by his clients and peers for leadership and project management contributions. He served as the relationship Manager for Nelson Workplace Services for the Bank of America Midwest Region for the 13 state Midwest Region totaling over 3 million square feet. Dennis also managed the 300,074 RSF project for Zurich Life Insurance in Schaumburg, IL. 

Stacie Even 
As a former Interior Design Director for an architectural firm in New Jersey, Stacie Even has experience from space planning to construction drawings on commercial spaces up to 500,000 square feet.  Responsibilities include field surveying and creating/modifying existing plans to fit current conditions. Stacie’s meticulous project management experience provides her the ability to schedule and prioritize work flow along with detailed communication.

Steve Mandic      Steve Mandic is focused on business development and marketing for DPPM. Steve has been in the business development, architectural, commercial construction and facility management markets for over 32 years. Steve is currently working with the DPPM team on CAFM, Emergency Preparedness planning and adding to DPPM's existing network of clients in Southern California and nationwide.


Lisa Stumm
As a former Facilities Manager, Lisa has 28 years of project management experience.  She has worked in the design, facilities management and contract furniture industries.  Bachelor of Arts – Interior Design, Mount Mary College 1982.




Jennifer Hollis  
Having run her own construction company prior to joining DPPM, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience  Prior to starting her own firm, Jennifer worked for Webcor Builders.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a B-1 Contractor's license.





Terri Mihalovich-Gerstner
Controller.  Terri works on every project from draw requests to invoicing and spreadsheet analysis.  She is often teamed with our clients' accounting staff to tie project accounting into their company accounting.
