Dennis
Potts, MCRfounded DPPM after 26
years in the architecture, construction and project management industry. Mr.
Potts is also associated with Spyglass Realty Partners and Newport Asia Group, LLC. Mr.
Potts’ focus is on build-to-suit projects and tenant improvements.
Mr. Potts has received several awards which include the 2006 IIDA Calibre Award for Best Design on a Limited Budget, the
2005 Gold Nugget for Best Low Rise Apartment Project and The Staubach Company 2008 Top Achiever Award. Bachelor of Architecture, Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.
Tom Conzelman, PMP®, LEED AP®, Six Sigma Yellow BeltAs Director, Project Management, Tom
provides project leadership for commercial and industrial projects throughout
the Southern California region. The breadth of
Tom’s background spans ground-up core and shell projects, real estate
development entitlements, first and second-generation specialized tenant
improvements, technically complex building system installations and
enhancements, third-party tenant representation, and other related services. Washington State Univ, JD; Cal State Fullerton, BA in Business Management.
Stefan Rubendall, AIA As a Senior Project Manager, Stefan
provides project leadership for commercial and industrial projects in the Northern
California region. Stefan has over twenty years of experience in contracting and managing design and construction teams and in liaising with government agencies. His experience in his role as an architect,
contractor, and owner’s representative gives him unique insight into the
opportunities and challenges of project delivery. He has held
commissioner positions at both the city and state levels. Cal Poly – San

Architecture.
Andrew (Andy) Trost Andrew joined
DPPM in 2011 to add depth to its design-build and construction expertise by
bringing over 28 years of planning, design and construction experience to the
DPPM Team. Andy provides solutions-driven, turn-key Project Management
services to an extensive list of industries and clients. Andy spent 6 years
with The RMS Group, Inc., a general contractor specializing in negotiated,
turn-key project delivery. He played a
key role in building the company from $10 million in revenues to a $65 million
full-service general contractor by 2008. In
the 4 years prior to joining RMS, Mr. Trost was Vice President of
Preconstruction at SASCO Electric, a large design/build electrical
contractor and 6 years with The Bentley Company and Enron Energy Services.
John Clement With John's development background, he provides DPPM with the added level of knowledge of ground-up projects from financing and pro forma preparation to construction and property management. His active developments through his VenturePoint firm provide a strategic alignment for DPPM often as part of DPPM and vice versa. UCSB, BS Mechanical Engineering.
Jim Harvey
Jim brings to DPPM over 25 years of senior-level medical-related project management experience. Jim is a former OSHPD inspector. Located in Northern California, Jim is a healthcare and heavy construction specialist for all of our offices. MArch, Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo.
Lisa StummAs a former Facilities Manager, Lisa has 28 years of project management experience. She has worked in the design, facilities management and contract furniture industries. Bachelor of Arts – Interior Design, Mount Mary College 1982.
Terri Mihalovich-GerstnerController. Terri works on every project from draw requests to invoicing and spreadsheet analysis. She is often teamed with our clients' accounting staff to tie project accounting into their company accounting.
